About the Role
We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Residential Interiors
- North Bangalore) to lead the end-to-end execution of high-end residential interior projects. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams, and ensuring every project is delivered with strong quality, finishing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution: Manage multiple residential projects up to final handover
• Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site staff for smooth execution Client Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project execution lifecycle
• Set clear expectations and maintain consistent, transparent communication
• Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions




• Anticipate concerns and address them proactively to ensure a positive client experience Quality & Finishing :
• Ensure all work meets defined design standards and quality benchmarks
• Conduct regular site reviews to maintain consistency in finishes and detailing
• Drive corrective actions where required to uphold final output standards Coordination & Problem Solving:
• Identify concerns and snags early and implement practical solutions on-site
• Ensure material availability and vendor performance align with project timelines
• Success Metrics: On-time project delivery
• Adherence to quality and finishing standards
• Client satisfaction and experience
• Clarity and consistency in communication
• Minimal escalations through proactive management

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in residential interior project management
• Solid understanding of site execution, materials, and finishes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Close attention to detail with a commitment to design integrity
