Role Description The Recovery Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for managing and recovering outstanding dues from customers in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves assessing customer accounts, identifying appropriate recovery strategies, and collaborating with internal finance and customer service teams to resolve issues. respectful communication with customers, monitor repayment progress, and prepare regular reports on collection performance and account status. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to communicate clearly, build rapport, and handle sensitive conversations professionally.
• Candidates should possess Debt Collection experience and practical Finance knowledge to manage overdue accounts and understand repayment structures.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review account data, identify risks, and recommend effective recovery strategies.
• Relevant skills and qualifications include familiarity with local financial regulations, proficiency in basic office software, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in collections, banking, NBFCs, or other financial services organizations is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage field visits when required, and adhere to ethical, non-coercive recovery practices.
