• 3 to 8 yrs of experience in Finite Element Analysis of Mechanical Structure
• Working experience on FEA tools like Hypermesh, Optistruct, Hyperview, MDesign

Key Responsibilities
• Lead FE modelling and structural analysis for rolling stock components and assemblies.
• Define modelling strategies, load cases, and simulation methodologies.
• Perform and review Linear / Non-linear Static, Modal, Harmonic, Transient, Random Vibration, and Fatigue Life analyses.
• Validate FE models, boundary conditions, and results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide design recommendations for structural durability, weight optimization, and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with rail structural standards and certification requirements.
• Lead technical reviews and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in simulation and analysis workflows.
