Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation programs, from initiation, discovery, solution design, and configuration through testing, go-live, and hypercare. ✅ Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive stakeholder communications. ✅ Coordinate Oracle Fusion ERP functional workstreams, including Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement, Cash Management, Expenses, and Project Financial Management. ✅ Oversee technical integrations, data migration, reporting, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and production stabilization. ✅ Collaborate with functional consultants, technical architects, integration teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders. ✅ Drive project governance, RAID management, steering committee reviews, milestone tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs. Required Qualifications? 10+ years of enterprise IT/ERP project delivery experience. ? Minimum 5 years of Oracle ERP/Fusion-related implementation delivery experience. ? Mandatory: At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, preferably with direct Project Manager ownership. ? Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional module dependencies. ? Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture,



Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher. ? Proven experience managing data migration, integrations, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. ? Robust project governance, budget management, RAID tracking, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management skills. ? Excellent leadership, communication, escalation management, and problem-solving capabilities. ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications⭐ PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or Oracle Fusion Cloud certification. ⭐ Experience managing multi-country, multi-entity, or enterprise-scale Oracle ERP implementations. ⭐ Familiarity with Oracle FSM, OIC, FBDI, Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps. ⭐ Understanding of financial controls, compliance, ERP security, and segregation of duties (SoD). Important Candidate Requirements? This is an ERP Implementation Project Management role, not a functional consultant or technical developer position. Candidates must demonstrate:
• Proven end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation delivery ownership.
• Strong functional and technical coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise implementation dependencies.
• Flexibility to work remotely during Brazil business hours.
