We're growing our team and looking for a Project Manager 'digital mind' who knows how to keep big things moving to join us. The Role: As our Project Manager (BA), you'll be the main point of contact for one of our key global enterprise clients and the person who makes sure work moves from idea to published without losing momentum. Day to day, you'll run the account: leading weekly client calls and monthly planning sessions, managing quotes, timelines and budgets and keeping every job moving through the client's workflow. You'll work hand in hand with our Head of SEO & GEO and SEO & GEO Manager, as well as our content partners, to turn strategy into delivery. Our clients value velocity over admin, so we need someone who keeps things straightforward, structured and moving. On the BA side, you'll help scope new work, gather requirements and support discovery and business cases when an idea needs more than a brief. As the role grows, you'll bring the same pragmatic, structured approach to project delivery across the wider SEO team.

Responsibilities:
● Acting as the main point of contact for the client, building trust with stakeholders at every level ● Running weekly status calls and monthly planning sessions, with clear agendas, actions and follow-ups ● Building quotes and timelines, and managing budgets, credit tracking and final cost reports ● Keeping project trackers, content calendars and client workflows (e.g. SharePoint, Teams) up to date ● Coordinating internal teams,



content partners and the client to keep every job on schedule ● Scoping new work: gathering requirements, flagging complex ideas early and supporting discovery and business cases ● Tracking and reporting hours and effort against each project ● Spotting risks, bottlenecks and process gaps, and fixing them before they slow work down ● Clear, proactive communication with clients, partners and our Australia & India teams across time zones ● Supporting the SEO team with structured project management across other clients as capacity allows. What We’re Looking For: ● Minimum 5 years experience in project management, ideally in an agency, consultancy or client-facing role ● Experience managing enterprise or large corporate clients, with multiple stakeholders and approval layers ● Excellent written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable; you'll be the voice of the account ● Confident stakeholder management. You can lead meetings, manage expectations and push work forward while protecting the relationship ● Commercial awareness across quoting, budget tracking and scoping ● Business analysis
