Assistant Marketing Manager Hotel: Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Vrindavan Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Director of Sales Job Summary We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support the hotel's marketing activities, promote its services, increase brand visibility, and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
* Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation.
* Support digital marketing activities, including online promotions and advertising.
* Coordinate with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and business partners.
* Promote hotel rooms, restaurant services, banquets, and special offers.
* Assist in developing marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
* Monitor competitor activities and identify recent business opportunities.




* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
* Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
* Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in achieving business and revenue targets. Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.
* Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
