Key Responsibilities
• Understand hiring requirements for technology positions across various IT skill sets.
• Learn to identify, source, and engage suitable candidates through professional networking platforms, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Communicate with candidates to understand their experience, skills, career interests, and availability.
• Coordinate screening discussions, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Manage multiple open requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams and stakeholders to support hiring objectives.
• Develop an understanding of the US technology hiring ecosystem, recruitment practices, and professional communication standards. Who Can Apply?We are interested in professionals who have:
