Role Description The Senior Technical Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for leading end-to-end design and development of complex AI-driven and enterprise software solutions. This position oversees technical architecture, code quality, and implementation standards, guiding engineering teams through planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Day-to-day work includes translating business requirements into technical specifications, reviewing code, resolving technical issues, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security of systems. The Senior Technical Lead collaborates closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals,



while mentoring team members and promoting best practices in software engineering. The role also involves evaluating new tools and frameworks, participating in client discussions, and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes. Qualifications
• Strong skills in software architecture and design, including microservices, distributed systems, and scalable cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency in back-end and front-end development technologies (e.g., modern programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and databases).
• Experience with AI and data-driven solutions, such as machine learning integration, data pipelines, analytics, and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools.
• Proven leadership abilities in guiding engineering teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing technical delivery.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
