Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Outside Sales Associate with 3 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development. Candidates with prior experience in a construction firm or the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Meet prospective clients and explain the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Convert leads into confirmed business and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update the reporting manager on sales activities.



Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales or field sales.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close sales.
• Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
