Our client is a logistics organization specializing in cold-chain transportation and transshipment services. With a fleet of 110+ refrigerated vehicles operating across India, the company focuses on the secure and efficient transportation of temperature-sensitive products. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and organised HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, along with practical knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave registers, and HR databases.
• Coordinate with the accounts or payroll team for timely salary processing.




• Address routine employee queries and support employee coordination.
• Maintain HR reports, MIS, and personnel files.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, statutory records, and compliance-related documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand manpower requirements.
• Support daily HR administration and other HR-related activities as required. Candidate

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and HR record management.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or a similar industry will be preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality.
