We are seeking an experienced Backend Technical Lead

NET Core, C#, PostgreSQL, and AWS to lead backend development and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, healthcare integrations, and HIPAA compliance, along with proven technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead backend development using .
NET Core, C#, Web API, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Design and implement scalable microservices architectures and secure RESTful APIs.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of backend developers to maintain high engineering standards.
• Optimize database performance, application security, scalability, and system reliability.
• Develop and maintain healthcare integrations using HL7, FHIR, XML, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, protect Protected Health Information (PHI), and follow secure data-handling practices.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture improvements, code quality, and development best practices.
• Support CI/CD implementation, deployment processes, and production issue resolution.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend solutions that meet business and healthcare requirements.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across backend systems. Preferred

Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in backend development using .
NET Core, C#, Web API, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API development, and distributed systems.
• Experience with healthcare applications, EMR/EHR systems, and HL7, FHIR, or XML-based integrations.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance, healthcare data security, and PHI protection.
• Proven experience leading backend teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code and architecture reviews.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives is an advantage.
