Chennai Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python programming, FastAPI, GraphQL, and AWS backend application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and developing scalable microservices and deploying cloud-native applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Load Balancers, Docker, Amazon ECS, and Amazon S3. The candidate should have a strong understanding of secure API integration, automated testing, data modelling, and cloud application monitoring. Roles and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend applications using Python, FastAPI, and GraphQL.
• Design and implement secure API integrations using AWS API Gateway and related services.
• Develop, package, deploy, and maintain microservices-based applications.
• Build and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy workloads using Amazon ECS.
• Configure and integrate AWS Load Balancers to support application availability and traffic distribution.
• Use Amazon S3 for application storage and related backend requirements.
• Design and implement efficient data models and backend business logic.
• Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, and observability for cloud-based applications.
• Work with event-driven architectures and AWS services such as Amazon EventBridge.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions.
• Document technical designs,



API specifications, deployment procedures, and implementation details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud applications. Mandatory Technical Skills
