Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Bragnam Learning Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and educational partners, and promote Bragnam’s early childhood learning solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, and closing deals in line with revenue targets. The role also involves providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams,



and supporting training or demonstrations to ensure successful adoption of Bragnam programs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage the sales cycle.
• Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to demonstrate products and support client onboarding.
• Candidates should preferably have experience in education, edtech, or related sectors and familiarity with early childhood learning solutions.
• Candidates should have the ability to work toward targets, basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a client-facing sales role.
