Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Lead to lead HVAC design and engineering for high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, airports, and other large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in HVAC system design, load calculations, equipment selection, and multidisciplinary coordination. ? Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead HVAC design for high-rise buildings, commercial projects, airports, and other complex buildings.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations, ventilation analysis, and equipment sizing.
• Design HVAC systems, including chilled water systems, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation systems.
• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, schematics, equipment schedules, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ASHRAE standards, NBC guidelines, and relevant local codes.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Structural, and Architectural teams.
• Review drawings, identify design clashes, and resolve technical issues.
• Supervise design deliverables, ensure quality,



and meet project timelines.
• Support client meetings, technical discussions, and design reviews. ? Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may be considered with relevant design experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC design standards, building services, and energy-effective systems is essential. ? Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC design for building projects.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, airports, or other large-scale projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP; knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, chilled water systems, ventilation, and equipment selection.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, interdisciplinary coordination, and clash detection.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ?
