Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Technical Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, including machine learning models, analytics pipelines, and intelligent applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining technical architectures, writing and reviewing production-quality code, guiding data engineering and model integration, and ensuring AI systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The Technical Lead will collaborate with product managers, software engineers,



and cybersecurity specialists to translate requirements into robust solutions, manage technical project plans, and mentor team members on AI best practices. The role also involves staying current with emerging AI technologies, conducting technical reviews, and contributing to internal standards and documentation. Qualifications
• Strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in building and maintaining production systems.
• Proficiency with Databases and data modeling, including designing, querying, and optimizing data storage for AI workloads.
• Experience in Cybersecurity and Network Security, ensuring AI and data systems are protected, compliant, and resilient.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and model lifecycle management.
• Background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in office in a collaborative environment.
