2.40LPA to 3LPA Reporting To: Management Role Overview Anantham is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Leasing Executive to support commercial property leasing activities in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective tenants, coordinating property visits, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in closing leasing deals.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through online platforms, field visits, networking, and broker references.
• Identify potential tenants for commercial shops, office spaces, and other properties.
• Connect with prospective clients, brokers, landlords, and channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.
• Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings with prospective tenants.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful leasing transactions.
• Assist in negotiating rental terms and finalizing lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and property availability.




• Conduct market research on rental rates and competing commercial properties.
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and provide regular updates to management. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, commercial leasing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market.
• Good client-handling and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Preferred Experience
• Experience in commercial property leasing or real estate sales.
• Familiarity with brokers, landlords, and commercial tenants in Gurugram.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage for field visits.
