Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a healthy sales pipeline for Odoo ERP solutions. The Business Development Executive will conduct client outreach, schedule and participate in meetings and product demonstrations, and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing accounts. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal technical and consulting teams, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals.



The role also requires regular reporting on business development activities, market feedback, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship handling to nurture prospects and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Experience in B2B sales, IT or ERP solutions, or technology consulting is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales or business development targets is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
