• Lead the technical delivery and reputation of Egis's data centre architecture offer across India
• Act as the senior architectural authority on hyperscale and colocation programmes, from concept through to handover
• Combine design leadership with client engagement, bid support and P&L; accountability

Key responsibilities
• Provide architectural discipline leadership on hyperscale and colocation data centre projects
• Set and uphold design standards, QA/QC and technical governance
• Lead client presentations, design reviews and technical interviews at senior level
• Support bids and proposals, including strategy, scope, resourcing and fee build up
• Own P&L; performance for the architecture discipline: utilisation, margin, forecasting and resource planning
• Coach, mentor and develop senior architects and team leads
• Drive BIM enabled, coordinated and efficient delivery with digital teams
• Build relationships with hyperscalers, colocation operators, developers and contractors Discipline focus: Architecture
• Masterplanning of hyperscale and colocation campuses, including phasing and expansion strategy
• Building design,



space planning and security zoning for data centre facilities
• Modular and repeatable design approaches that support speed to market
• Integration with MEP, structure and civil disciplines, led through BIM
• Sustainability, including net zero and embodied carbon considerations
• Planning, authority approvals and local regulatory coordination Essential experience and skills
• 18+ years in architecture, with 8+ years in data centres
• Proven delivery of hyperscale and colocation facilities, ideally multi site and multi region
• Prior experience at Director, Associate Director or Technical Director level
• Track record of managing a P&L; or significant commercial responsibility
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, comfortable with C level and client stakeholders
• Robust coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams, with advanced BIM capability
• Professionally qualified architect, registered with the Council of Architecture (India) or an equivalent chartered body
• Degree in architecture Desirable
• Middle East data centre experience
• Experience working on international or multicultural teams
• Experience building or scaling a data centre practice
