Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing business and operational projects in India, particularly in areas related to building materials, manufacturing, supply chain, and business development. The role requires solid project management capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business partners, and regional stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and performance indicators to monitor project progress.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports for relevant stakeholders. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Coordinate with local and regional stakeholders, including teams in India and Thailand, to align project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication across functions and support timely decision-making to address project challenges. Business & Operational Improvement
• Support projects related to business operations, building materials, manufacturing, supply chain, and process improvement.




• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality, and overall project performance.
• Work closely with relevant business functions to implement practical solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Business Development & Strategic Projects
• Support the evaluation and implementation of current business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and potential business expansion projects in India.
• Conduct project feasibility assessments, including preliminary cost, resource, operational, and risk considerations, as required.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective execution of approved business initiatives. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, project execution, or business operations, preferably within the building materials, manufacturing, industrial, construction-related, or supply chain sectors.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, including project planning, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational,



and decision-making skills.
• Valuable understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or other relevant platforms.
• Willingness to travel within India as required by business or project needs. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with multinational companies or collaborating with regional or international teams.
• Experience in the building materials, manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Exposure to project feasibility studies, business expansion initiatives, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
