Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach.
• Relevant real estate knowledge, including Real Estate, Real Property concepts, and local market awareness.
• A valid Real Estate License (as per local regulatory requirements) and willingness to stay updated on industry regulations.
• Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Comfort working on-site, with the flexibility to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software for documentation and reporting.
• Prior experience in real estate or a related sales field is preferred; a background in business, commerce, or marketing is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, qualified conduct, and commitment to fair, non-discriminatory client service. Salary -22k -25k + Incentives
