The Head of Supply Chain is a critical senior leadership appointment that will shape and lead the global supply chain function for Medsurge Healthcare. Based in Bangalore, this role carries full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations across Medsurge's international markets, currently the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia, with responsibility expanding as the company enters current geographies. The role works in close partnership with the Commercial Operations Manager based in Australia, ensuring supply planning, demand forecasting, and product availability are tightly aligned to commercial strategy. The Head of Supply Chain will also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing supply chain team in Bangalore, establishing the capability, processes, and culture required to support Medsurge's global growth ambitions.
