Job Description
We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to build rapport with clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential leads and play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts. Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases
• Explain services and offerings clearly and confidently to prospects
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects for further discussions




• Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets
• Assist in feedback collection and basic client coordination

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of telecalling or customer support experience
• Fluent in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
