Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The position is responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, negotiating pricing and terms, and maintaining accurate records of all procurement transactions. The Purchase Executive will collaborate closely with internal departments to understand requirements, resolve discrepancies,



and support cost-effective purchasing decisions aligned with company standards and policies. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management, with experience handling end-to-end purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, price negotiation, and sourcing of materials or automotive parts.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems and MS Office applications for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
• Prior experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
