Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Indore. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, reconciling bank accounts, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. The role involves handling GST and other statutory compliance, supporting audits, and assisting with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for management.



The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial transparency, support process improvements, and maintain organized financial records aligned with company policies and regulations. Qualifications
• Strong accounting fundamentals, including knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or similar), MS Excel, and basic MS Office tools.
• Experience in taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements relevant to Indian corporate regulations.
• Skills in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills for maintaining up-to-date and compliant financial records.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a growing wellness-focused business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in FMCG, herbal products, or wellness/healthcare industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
