The Group Human Resources function is looking for talented and motivated individuals, who are excellent problem solvers to join the team as Interns. As an Intern, the individual will get the prospect to work on projects across domains in HR such as Talent Staffing, Talent Management and Compensation and Rewards. This exposure is aimed at instilling the individual with functional expertise and real-world problem-solving skills. Note: The Intern would be required to work out of the office full-time, on all five days of the week. Role Context Talent Staffing: The intern will support the team in the end-to-end recruitment of the best talent for the firm. The role involves workforce planning, demand forecasting, and identifying critical skills required for current and future business priorities. It includes sourcing and engaging the right talent through multiple channels while ensuring quality, diversity, and speed. Talent Management: The intern will closely work with the Talent, Learning and OE team, and the projects will involve research in Learning Areas, Engagement & Learning Calendars,



Talent Dashboard Support with parts of data management and fundamental analytics for deriving actionable insights. Compensation and Rewards: A multifaceted HR role supporting performance management, rewards, benefits, policy governance, employee lifecycle operations, data/reporting, and process‑improvement initiatives across the HR portfolio. Note: The team will be assigned as per business requirement. Eligibility Criteria
• 60% and above in SSC and HSC
• CGPA – 6 out of 10 and above in the latest/highest educational qualification
• No active backlogs or history of backlogs
• 2026 graduates preferred Skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel / Word / Outlook / Teams)
• Excellent presentation building skills using PowerPoint or Canva
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly
• Good-to-have: prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and Rewards and HR Operations
