Experience:
Plan Town Halls, Happy Hours, Global Calls, Talent Shows, Sports, Team Building, Recognition and Festivals; manage vendors and logistics. 4. Employee Feedback & Improvement: Conduct surveys, analyze engagement trends, perform RAG analysis, present recommendations. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with BU Heads, HR, Leadership,



Marketing and Facilities; manage vendors. 6. Innovation & Process Excellence: Leverage AI and digital tools, automate communications, improve engagement processes. Key Performance Indicators
