About the Role
Mirchandani Group is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Contracts Engineer to manage construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, work orders, commercial documentation, and contractual compliance across projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review and manage construction contracts, work orders and subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, scope of work and project timelines.
• Review contract clauses, payment terms, retention, penalties and security deposits.
• Manage variations, extra items, rate revisions, claims and extensions of time.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, procurement and accounts.
• Maintain contractual records, approvals, correspondence and documentation.
• Identify contractual risks and support management in commercial decision-making.
• Monitor contractual obligations,



milestones and project-related commitments. Required

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration.
• Understanding of BOQ, billing, rate analysis and variation management.
• Good negotiation, analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• High ownership, accountability and attention to detail. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in construction or real estate projects, particularly in contract administration, contractor management and commercial coordination, will be preferred. ?
