• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets for the organization.
• Identifymarket trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present salesforecasts, reports, and performance metricsto Head of the Department.




• Lead negotiationsfor contracts and agreements with clientsto ensure favorable terms for both parties.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract closure. Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial vision or related technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of industrial vision systems, imaging technologies, and automation solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving salestargets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
