- Solution Consulting with 10+ years of experience in API integrations, technical solutioning, and enterprise customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and support end-to-end API integrations for enterprise customers.
• Lead technical solutioning across all business functions within the distribution ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Program Management, and Customer teams to drive successful implementations.
• Support customer onboarding, integration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and technical issues. Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication mechanisms, and integration best practices.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers and complex integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for quickly understanding complex business and technical challenges and driving effective solutions. Additional Expectation
• Flexibility to work during late evening/night hours to support US-based enterprise customers and critical business engagements.
