Key Responsibilities
* Finalization of financial statements and audit coordination.
* Preparation of MIS, management, and regulatory reports.
* Budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
* Assessment of direct and indirect taxation.
* Maintenance of books of accounts as per statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Support in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement. Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
* Understanding of direct and indirect taxation.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and ERP systems.
* Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Eligibility
* CA freshers.
* Qualified CAs with up to 1 year of relevant experience. Learning Prospect: Hands-on exposure to financial reporting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, MIS, and regulatory compliance.
