Role summaryAs SDR, you will own pipeline creation for Grimbell and our clients, in India and overseas. You will run account-based marketing, demand generation and appointment generation campaigns, open new business partnerships, and lead our team of tele-sales callers. This role sits between marketing and sales. You plan who to target, build the outreach, keep the callers productive, and hand qualified meetings to the closing team.

Key responsibilities
Account-based marketing (ABM)
• Build target account lists and map decision-makers for Grimbell and each client
• Plan multi-touch ABM sequences across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls
• Personalise outreach using account research, trigger events and buying signals Demand generation (DG)
• Plan and run outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns
• Work with the content, design and ads team on campaign assets, landing pages and lead magnets
• Track lead sources and shift effort to channels that convert Appointment generation (AG)
• Turn qualified leads into booked discovery calls and demos
• Qualify on need, budget, authority and timeline before handover
• Brief the closing team on every meeting: context, pain points, next step International sales
• Prospect and engage B2B buyers in the US, UK, Middle East and other overseas markets
• Run outreach across time zones and adapt messaging to each market
• Manage international client campaigns end to end Business development
• Find and open partnerships: agencies, white-label partners,



referral and channel partners
• Represent Grimbell in networking events, LinkedIn communities and industry groups
• Support proposals and follow-ups through to closure Leading the calling team
• Manage a team of tele-sales callers: daily targets, call lists and scripts
• Train callers on pitch, objection handling and CRM hygiene
• Review call quality, run daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
• Hire and onboard recent callers as the team grows Who we're looking forMust-haves
• 2–5 years in B2B sales development, lead generation or inside sales
• Hands-on experience running ABM or outbound demand generation campaigns
• Experience selling to international buyers (US, UK or Middle East)
• Has led or mentored a small calling or sales team
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable on calls with founders and CXOs
• Strong with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools and a CRM
• Willing to work from our Pune office, 6 days a week, with flexibility for international time zones Good to have
• Agency, SaaS or B2B services background
• Experience with cold email platforms and data tools (Apollo, Lusha or similar)
• Partnership or channel sales experience Traits we value
