Role Description The Placement Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Zirakpur. The Placement Executive will coordinate with employers and industry partners to identify job opportunities for learners and maintain strong relationships with hiring organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing placement pipelines, scheduling and organizing interviews, tracking candidate progress, and maintaining accurate placement records and reports. The role involves guiding and mentoring learners on resume preparation, interview readiness, and job search strategies, as well as conducting placement-related workshops and sessions. The Placement Executive will also support outreach activities, contribute feedback to improve training programs based on employer expectations, and collaborate with internal teams to meet placement targets. • Candidates should possess strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with employers, government bodies, and training partners.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, public speaking for group sessions, and professional email and phone etiquette.
• Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, such as time management, record-keeping, report preparation, and the ability to handle multiple placement activities simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret placement data, identify trends, and propose practical solutions to improve outcomes.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software, and online communication platforms).
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, is beneficial; relevant experience in placements, career services, recruitment, or counseling is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, manufacturing sectors, or vocational training ecosystems is beneficial, along with an interest in workforce development and training.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Dera Bassi, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting placement targets ethically and transparently.
