But between that first draft and the finished product lies a world of patterns, materials, sourcing, sampling, costing, negotiations, production challenges and a hundred little details that make all the difference. We are looking for Junior and Senior Merchandisers who love being in the thick of it all, people who understand how products are made, enjoy solving problems and take pride in turning creative ideas into products people and their pets love. What you will be working on:
- Product development & pattern making: Translating ideas into workable products, with an understanding of construction, materials and design feasibility.
- Sourcing & vendor management: Finding the right materials, building reliable vendor relationships and ensuring the right partners are in place.
- Costing & negotiations: Working through costs, negotiating prices and balancing quality, creativity and commercial viability.
- Sampling & approvals: Managing sampling cycles, coordinating revisions and ensuring products meet the brief.
- Production management: Tracking timelines, managing production follow-ups, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Stock & inventory:



Maintaining accurate stock records and coordinating inventory requirements. Who would be a great fit? We are looking for people who understand that merchandising is about much more than follow-ups. It is about knowing how things are made, anticipating challenges, finding solutions and making sure every detail comes together. For the Junior Merchandiser: 1–2 years of experience, a strong willingness to learn and a hands-on approach to product development and execution. Someone who is a go-getter For the Senior Merchandiser: 3-4 years of experience, who brings deeper experience, independent ownership and the ability to drive sourcing, costing, vendor relationships and production from start to finish.
