Job Description
* Support community outreach programs, awareness sessions and workshops.
* Conduct research on CSR companies, colleges, NGOs and potential collaborators.
* Assist with CSR matchmaking, sponsor outreach and maintaining outreach databases.
* Create social media content, reels, short videos and YouTube content.
* Support the design of posters, presentations, certificates and awareness materials.
* Coordinate events, logistics, checklists and program documentation.
* Maintain session trackers, reports, photo/video archives and newsletters.
* Support fundraising research and identify relevant events and collaboration opportunities.
* Participate in awareness sessions, events and community outreach activities. What We’re Looking For
* Students, recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the social-impact sector.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Passionate, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
* Willingness to travel for outreach sessions and activities.
* Flexibility to work on weekends for outreach drives and events. 2. HR Intern (Part time/full time)

Job Description
* Support end-to-end hiring for interns and volunteers,



including job postings, shortlisting and interview coordination.
* Assist with onboarding and induction activities.
* Maintain HR records, databases and documentation.
* Support day-to-day HR administration, including attendance and leave records.
* Coordinate communication with candidates, interns and team members.
* Prepare participants’ certificates for sessions, workshops and programs.
* Support HR events, engagement activities and training sessions.
* Prepare HR trackers, reports and MIS. What We’re Looking For
* Students or recent graduates pursuing or having completed a degree in HR or a relevant field.
* Valuable communication and coordination skills.
* Organised, proactive and willing to learn.
* Comfortable working with MS Office.
* Genuine interest in HR, people management and social impact. ?
