Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bakery & Pastry Chef role based in Gurugram. The Bakery & Pastry Chef will prepare, bake, and finish a variety of baked goods, including breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping and baking products, decorating and plating items, and ensuring consistent presentation. The role involves maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory of baking supplies, and coordinating with kitchen staff to meet production schedules.



The Bakery & Pastry Chef will also assist in menu development, test new recipes, and support efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications
• Strong practical skills in Bakery and Baking, with experience in producing a range of artisan and commercial baked goods.
• Hands-on expertise in Food Preparation, including weighing, mixing, portioning, and handling ingredients safely.
• Ability to prepare and finish a variety of Cookies and Bread items, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation best practices.
• Previous experience as a bakery, pastry, or commis chef in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including early morning or shift-based schedules as required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a high-volume environment.
• Relevant culinary certification, diploma in bakery and confectionery, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
