As we continue to expand our presence across markets, we are looking to strengthen our on-ground teams responsible for building and growing our partner network. Role Overview We are hiring for Business Development Interns that will be responsible for expanding our partner network in the assigned geography. The role involves identifying potential partners, generating leads through on-ground activities, engaging with them, and taking ownership of their onboarding journey. The role will have significant field exposure and will require regular travel to nearby villages and surrounding areas. This opportunity would be well suited for candidates who are interested in business development, field operations, sales, and partner management, and are comfortable working in a target-driven, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct on-ground activities to identify and acquire new partners.




• Travel extensively to nearby villages and surrounding areas for partner acquisition and onboarding.
• Drive Top-of-the-Funnel (ToF) activities to generate a strong pipeline of quality leads.
• Engage with potential partners, understand their requirements, and drive them through the onboarding process.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the partner acquisition journey, from lead generation to successful onboarding.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and activation. What We're Looking For We are looking for candidates who are:
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Willing to travel extensively for field activities.
• Comfortable with direct customer/partner interaction and on-ground work.
• Valuable at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Available to join immediately or at short notice. Language Requirement

Salary:
₹25,000–₹28,000 per month
