About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, operations-driven Warehouse Manager with excellent knowledge of Pune city, local routes, and geographical areas. The role primarily focuses on blue-collar workforce management, field team supervision, route mapping, and daily vehicle pickup and delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing ground-level logistics teams, planning efficient routes across Pune, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily warehouse operations and vehicle movement.
• Lead, supervise, and manage blue-collar staff, including Logistics Executives, riders, and field teams.
• Plan and optimize daily pickup and delivery routes across Pune.
• Assign routes and daily tasks based on geographical locations and operational requirements.
• Monitor field team attendance, productivity, performance, and daily activities.
• Ensure timely vehicle pickups, deliveries, and transportation.
• Maintain vehicle inventory, documentation, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Resolve ground-level operational challenges and ensure smooth execution. Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or field operations.




• Excellent geographical knowledge of Pune, including major areas, local routes, and surrounding regions.
• Strong experience in route mapping, route planning, and optimization across Pune.
• Mandatory hands-on experience managing blue-collar employees and field logistics teams.
• Experience handling daily vehicle movement, pickups, and deliveries.
• Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Automobile, logistics, mobility, or last-mile delivery experience preferred.

We are specifically looking for candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience who have excellent knowledge of Pune's geography, local routes, and route mapping. The two most critical requirements are:
• Blue-Collar Workforce Management: Proven experience managing riders, logistics executives, and ground-level field teams.
• Pune Route Knowledge & Planning: Strong familiarity with Pune city, surrounding areas, route mapping, and daily pickup/delivery planning. Candidates must be comfortable handling daily field operations, workforce coordination, and on-ground challenges. Very senior profiles or candidates with primarily desk-based or strategic management experience will not be suitable for this position.
