Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Graphics Designer / Video Reels Editor. The role involves designing visual assets such as social media graphics, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials that reflect the hospital’s brand identity. The team member will create and edit short-form video content and reels for digital platforms, including concept development, storyboarding, and post-production. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and clinical teams, adapting designs for various formats, managing multiple design requests, and delivering high-quality content within deadlines. The role also requires maintaining consistent branding,



optimizing content for engagement, and staying updated with design and video trends relevant to healthcare communication. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, aesthetic, and readable designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) is expected.
• Prior experience creating social media creatives and short-form video content, preferably in healthcare or service sectors, is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are required.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand and translate stakeholder requirements into visual outputs, are essential.
