About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, a data-driven approach, and the ability to improve campaign performance, generate quality leads, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives and target audiences.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending for maximum returns.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies. 2. Campaign Optimization & Analytics
• Track and optimize key metrics, including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and performance targets. 3. Strategy & Client Management
• Develop customized paid advertising strategies for different industries and client accounts.
• Understand client goals, marketing funnels, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with creative, content, SEO, and website teams to improve campaign results.




• Share campaign performance updates, reports, and recommendations with clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend new advertising strategies. 4. Team Coordination & Operations
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign deadlines, deliverables, and performance.
• Ensure campaigns are launched and optimized on time.
• Guide junior team members and share best practices where required. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and multiple campaigns.
• Good understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and reporting tools.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet performance targets. Performance Expectations
