Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for candidates who have completed a Diploma, BE, B.
Tech, or ITI, in relevant technical disciplines. The role is within the manufacturing sector and involves supporting production operations, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities may include operating or assisting with machinery and tools, conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance, and documenting production activities and output. The candidate will collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets, resolve operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also requires following established procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work workplace, and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess a Diploma, BE, B.
Tech, or ITI in engineering or technical fields relevant to manufacturing (such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related disciplines).
• Candidates should possess skills in machine operation, basic equipment maintenance, and understanding of production processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of quality standards, basic inspection methods, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong observational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities to address routine operational issues.
• Candidates should possess effective teamwork, communication, and time-management skills to work efficiently on the shop floor.
• Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prior experience or internship in a manufacturing or industrial setup is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and commit to consistent full-time

working hours
as per production requirements.
