Role Description The immediate joiners edtech inside sales role at Organo Mart is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with prospective learners and customers over phone, email, and messaging platforms to promote edtech solutions, explain course offerings, and address queries. The inside sales professional will qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, provide product demonstrations or walkthroughs, and guide individuals through the enrollment and purchase process. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting or exceeding sales targets, coordinating with marketing and product teams for campaigns, and offering post-enrollment support to ensure a positive experience.



The compensation for this role ranges from 35,000 to 45,000 in hand, depending on experience and performance. Qualifications
• Solid inside sales skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing in an edtech or similar customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication abilities, with clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the capacity to explain products and courses simply and persuasively.
• Comfort with CRM and digital tools, including data entry, lead tracking, and basic reporting on sales performance and targets.
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle objections, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships with learners and parents.
• Goal-driven mindset, resilience in a fast-paced sales environment, and readiness for immediate joining.
• Prior experience in edtech sales, telesales, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
