Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at BluePMS is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective hospitality clients, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting BluePMS solutions that address operational and guest experience needs. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and support the closing of deals in alignment with company targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating sales collateral,



and coordinating with the product and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction. The role also involves delivering training sessions and onboarding support for new clients, gathering market feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications
