Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Bhandup. The Caller will contact potential and existing customers to explain insurance products, clarify coverage options, and respond to basic questions about policies and services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, gathering customer information, and documenting call details accurately in company systems. The role involves following established scripts and guidelines, meeting call volume and quality targets, and coordinating with sales or support teams to schedule follow-ups or escalate complex issues. The Caller is expected to maintain a professional,



courteous communication style and contribute to a positive customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain information clearly over the phone.
• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, including patience, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills, with the ability to work with call logs and CRM or similar systems.
• Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call targets, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Relevant experience in telesales, call center operations, or insurance/financial services is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhandup and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; higher education in business, commerce, or related fields is an advantage.
