Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and creative Design Manager to lead the design function for our Mods & Interiors vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, team management skills, and experience in handling premium residential interior projects from concept development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the design team for complete home interiors and modular projects.
• Develop innovative and practical design concepts based on client requirements.
• Review and approve 2D layouts, 3D designs, working drawings, and technical drawings.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all design projects.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Guide designers on design standards, material selection, space planning, and detailing.
• Attend client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and finalize designs.




• Ensure designs are aligned with project budgets, timelines, and company standards.
• Monitor team productivity, project progress, and design deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, finishes, and modular solutions.
• Required Skills And Qualification
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in complete home interiors and modular projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering software.
• Experience in team handling, design reviews, and project coordination.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, measurements, and technical detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
