Role Description The Civil Engineer will work on-site in Nagpur in a full-time capacity, contributing to the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications; coordinating with architects, planners, and contractors; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves conducting site visits, monitoring construction progress, and addressing technical issues that arise during implementation. The Civil Engineer will also support stormwater management solutions, prepare technical reports, and assist in project scheduling and resource planning. Collaboration, clear communication,



and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to practical projects.
• Experience working as Civil Engineers on architecture, planning, or infrastructure projects, preferably within an urban or regional context.
• Skills in Planning for civil works, including understanding of project phasing, resource allocation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices and related design standards for drainage, flood control, and sustainable water systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Familiarity with relevant Indian building codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools) and basic MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site supervision skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prior on-site construction or consultancy experience in Nagpur or similar urban environments is an advantage.
