Salary:

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Brand Content Manager with strong expertise in organic social media, creative storytelling, content strategy and brand communication. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, original creative thinking and the ability to independently manage a brand's content presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute organic social media and brand content strategies.
• Plan and manage content calendars, reels, posts, stories and creative campaigns.
• Create original content concepts, captions and compelling brand narratives.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, communication and storytelling.
• Identify relevant trends and develop engaging content ideas.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and other creative teams.
• Improve organic reach, audience engagement and community interactions.




• Analyse content performance and continuously improve content quality.
• Independently manage content planning, execution and publishing. Requirements
• Relevant professional experience in organic social media, content management or brand communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling and content planning abilities.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Understanding of organic growth, audience behaviour and engagement strategies.
• Ability to independently conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and coordination skills.
