Role Description The Oracle Fusion Cloud Online Trainer will deliver structured, interactive training sessions on Oracle Fusion Cloud modules to learners in a virtual classroom setting. This part-time, remote role involves preparing lesson plans, creating digital learning materials, and presenting complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner. The trainer will conduct live online classes, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, as well as respond to learner questions and provide individualized guidance. Day-to-day tasks include updating course content to reflect product changes, assessing learner progress through assignments or evaluations, and collaborating with the training team to improve curriculum quality.



The trainer will also provide regular feedback to learners and maintain qualified communication to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (e.g., Financials, HCM, Supply Chain, or related modules) and practical implementation or configuration experience.
• Candidates should possess skills in online instruction, curriculum development, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse learners with varying levels of experience.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with virtual teaching tools and platforms (such as video conferencing, LMS systems, and screen-sharing tools) and basic digital content creation skills.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Candidates should possess a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle applications, and prior experience as a corporate trainer or educator, are highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
