- Full-time, on-site ABOUT D9 D9 is a premium sports, dining and celebrations destination in Vasant Kunj, Current Delhi. We host everything from private dinners and milestone birthdays, corporate events and brand launches. Our goal is simple: to be Delhi NCR’s first choice for luxury celebrations. THE ROLE We are hiring a senior leader to build and run our events function. You will own every event at D9 end to end: winning the business, shaping the experience, delivering it flawlessly and growing revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the events P&L.; WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Growth. Set the events strategy and deliver targets for revenue, margins and venue utilisation.
• Sales. Turn inquiries into bookings by understanding what each client wants and recommending the right package. Build repeat and referral business from HNI families, corporates, and brands.
• Delivery. Run every event from brief to wrap-up, at any scale, with consistent quality and no surprises on the day.
• Bespoke experiences. Make special requests happen, whether a celebrity artist, a guest chef, a specific cuisine or a custom décor theme, within budget.




• Partners and team. Build a trusted network of planners, production houses, artist agencies and chefs, and lead a strong in-house team with clear processes and standards. HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED Event revenue and margins, inquiry-to-booking conversion, venue utilisation, guest feedback, and the share of repeat and referral business. WHAT YOU BRING
• 10–15 years in luxury events or premium hospitality, including senior leadership roles.
• A portfolio of high-value events you have personally led from concept to execution.
• Strong relationships with premium vendors, artists and entertainment agencies.
• A proven sales record and a firm grasp of costing, pricing and profitability.
• Calm, hands-on leadership with a guest-first mindset.
• Experience with groups such as Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, The Leela or ITC, or a leading wedding planning or event production company, is preferred.
