Delhi NCR Role Overview Khanna Associates is seeking a motivated and dynamic Consultant Advocate to join our team as an Associate on a freelance/consultant basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Employment Laws, Financial Audits, and Service Matters. This position operates on a independent contractor/consultant model with performance-linked remuneration.

Key Responsibilities
Draft legal notices, pleadings, writs, applications, appeals, petitions, and appear before the courts. Taxation & Financial Advisory Review audit reports, financial statements, and compliance disclosures from a legal and forensic perspective.



Employment & Service Matters Brief Senior Advocates when required and handle matter management efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Educational Background: LL.
B. or LL.
M. from a recognized university. Additional certifications like Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) are highly preferred. Bar Enrollment: Active enrollment with the Bar Council.

Experience:
3–12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in taxation, employment laws, corporate law, and service matters.

Skills:
Excellent drafting abilities, sharp analytical thinking, persuasive oral advocacy, and robust research capabilities using legal databases.
