Role Description The Logistic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India, responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers and internal stakeholders. The Logistic Manager will supervise inventory levels, monitor warehouse activities, and work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize stock availability and cost efficiency. This role also involves resolving logistics-related issues, maintaining accurate documentation,



and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and operational performance. Qualifications
• Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, with experience coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Knowledge of Procurement processes, vendor coordination, and cost-effective sourcing practices.
• Customer Service skills, with the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using logistics or ERP software and standard office productivity tools.
• Ability to work in office, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
